Early Life

It was 14th February 1987 around 10am, according to my parents, when I was born in Bursa Özel Hastanesi as a cute, chubby baby. I spent my early childhood in Reyhan Mahallesi and moved to Hüdavendigar Mahallesi in 1992.

I have acknowledged my fortune of being born into this amazing city when I left to United States in 2005.


I  was born in 1987 as member of Bursa’s well-known and phliantropist families Pala and Sünnetçioğlu and of 5th generation Bursa-born from paternal side and has an old lineage going back to 1300s in İnegöl, Bursa from maternal side. I also have Bosnian and Albanian ancestry from grandmothers.  I’ve attended Turkey’s finest Özel İnal-Ertekin primary school, just like everyone else in my family for generations and continued his education in Bursa Cumhuriyet High School, graduated in 2004. My college education started Bilkent University as a Management major and then continued in the USA. International Business major in Montclair State University was the step in my college education and studied Business for 1 more year in New Jersey, USA. I’ve made a big decision at that time and decided to change my major to Web Based Programming in 2006 and transferred to Bergen Community College. Professors teaching the classes were very satisfied with my performance and school offered me a position as Professional Tutor while my studies are ongoing. I was offered a position as a Technical Support Specialist in R.S. Knapp Co at the end of my Associate’s Degree. I’ve had a successful career in Napco during my 4,5 years and improved my hands on experience in coding. I was forced to make a choice during the Mortgage Crisis in USA in 2012 and came back to Bursa after spending almost 8 years in the USA studying, working and playing soccer (6 years of playing experience).

I’ve been working in Bursagaz, subsidiary of EWE Turkey Holding; with numerous responsibilities and projects since my arrival to until October 2017.

I, truly believe the power of Social Media and how it will transform our life. As a matter of fact, I was named worldwide brand Hootsuite’s EMEA Brand Ambassador and providing the company my expertise about social media usage in Turkey and utilities industry.

Additionally, I also was Talent and Tactical Scout for Bursaspor under German Head Coach Christoph Daum; Fernandao, Bakambu, Enes Ünal and Ozan Tufan are few to name about my success in the field. My deep interest in soccer’s scouting mechanics and administrative theories and my constant research led to contributing to nationwide sports magazine Santra Dergi and Futbol Akademi and I’m also writing my first book on Scouting.
